With the support from Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF), Transformasi manages a one-year project titled “Strengthening Institutional Aspects of the Local Government in order to Integrate Climate Change Adaptation into the Local Development Plan” in Gorontalo District, Gorontalo Province. The project is aimed to improve the capacity of the government to assess vulnerability and risk to climate change, then develop a climate change adaptation strategy along with stakeholders in sectors most vulnerable to climate change. These sectors will be identified during program implementation. The strategy will serve as the basis for Regional Adaptation Plan for Climate Change Adaptation (Rencana Adaptasi Daerah Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim, in short is RAD-API).

To support the aforementioned project, Transformasi is looking for a Program Director. *)
The Program Director is expected to work from May 1st, 2016 – May 31st, 2017 with work area covers Jakarta and Gorontalo district.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the ICCTF program output achievement
  • Develop and implement program operation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Responsible for the reporting of program achievement to Donor
  • Responsible for the overall program budget
  • As the focal point for Transformasi in relation to the ICCTF program

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in management and program coordination roles in national research, training and development projects and programs. Experience must include capacity building for domestic institutions, project management, grant-making, monitoring and evaluation and research.
  • Experience working with government organizations, particularly government officials at the provincial and district levels, would be an asset.

Project Description:
Transformasi is implementing 15-months SINERGI project through a consortium together with Rajawali Foundation and Education Development Center (EDC). SINERGI is under KUNCI Initiative implemented by DAI and supported by USAID. The purpose of KUNCI project is to promote more inclusive economic growth by improving access to workforce and entrepreneurial skills for poor and vulnerable youth. The ultimate goal of this project is to connect 200,000 poor and vulnerable young Indonesians with learning and livelihood opportunities.


The goal of SINERGI project is to develop a better match between the job skills of poor and vulnerable youth and local labor market demand, through enhanced multi-stakeholder coordination and smarter policies. SINERGI will be implemented under two phase, the pilot period for 15 months in Central Java and the implementation period for the next 3.5 years (subject for USAID approval). The goal of the project is achieved through successful implementation of the following three Intermediate Results (IR):

  1. Improved national level inclusive workforce policy environment through knowledge sharing among government and private sector actors;
  2. Improved provincial level inclusive workforce coordination among government, training providers, youth and private sector;
  3. Improved vocational training that equips poor and vulnerable youth with relevant work skills.

Transformasi is seeking a Provincial Coordinator who will mainly be responsible to engage stakeholders at the provincial level. He/She will play coordinating role in establishing Provincial Youth Support Committee (PYSC), facilitating PYSC regular forum and engaging PYSC members to secure their commitment to the project.


Provincial Coordinator will report to and support Project Leader to ensure the achievement of project activity and delivery /output at the provincial level. To achieve this, the position will supervise 2 Technical Officer and 1 Communication Officer based in province, and coordinate with other supporting team at the national and provincial level to ensure effective teamwork. The position will also work closely with Mitra KUNCI and other potential partners for activities at the provincial level.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with Project leader, develop detailed work plan and budget and changes needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the implementation of project activities including technical facilitation, stakeholder’s engagement, monitoring data collection, communication and campaign to ensure it contribute to project output.
  • Consolidate the work of project staff at the provincial level to ensure effective and efficient implementation of project activities.
  • Take responsibility to ensure the achievement of project deliverables/output in accordance with indicators and targeted date.
  • Take responsibility to ensure budget allocation and expenses at the provincial level are efficient and comply with Mitra KUNCI’s procedures and standard.
  • Play a role as an office manager at the provincial level to ensure office operation runs properly in accordance with KUNCI’s procedures.
  • Engage PYSC members to secure their commitment to the project.
  • Play leading role in facilitating PYSC regular meetings and one-on-one meeting with key stakeholders.
  • Provide input to project leader to improve the project strategies and implementation
  • Under supervision of Project Leader, recruit technical officers.
  • Develop effective communication, consultation and collaboration with national staff, other Mitra KUNCI and other KUNCI’s Project Implementers.
  • In collaboration with M&E Officer and Technical Officer, develop project report activities that meet the standard of KUNCI.
  • Develop performance indicator for all project staff at the provincial level and evaluate their performance regularly.
  • Oversee the smooth and safety office operation in Central Java.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree graduates from any disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in program/project implementation, preferably in Central Java Province.
  • Experience working with provincial government in Central Java.
  • Familiar with TVET and labor issue.
  • Network with TVET center and private sectors in Central Java is preferable.
  • Has a good understanding in program management cycle.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.

Transformasi is seeking a Research Coordinator responsible to play leading role in conducting, overseeing & supervising policy research activities; and reviewing policy paper. To execute the task, Research Coordinator will supervise Research Officer and coordinate closely with Provincial Coordinator and other project staff based in field.

Research Coordinator will report to Project Leader and functionally will be supervised by Policy Advisor related to substance, methodology and quality of research work. The position will be based in Jakarta with frequent travel to Central Java.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Policy Advisor to design policy research, engage respondents, review policy papers and involve in policy dialog.
  • Support Policy Advisor to develop policy analytical tools.
  • Develop instrument for quantitative and qualitative data collection.
  • Conduct policy mapping, stakeholder mapping, Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) in the context of improving Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) access for poor and vulnerable (P & V) youth at the national level and in Central Java.
  • Conduct capacity development need analysis (CDNA) to assess the gap and needs of intuitional capacity development within Central Java Provincial Government in the context of inclusive workforce development.
  • Lead and coordinate quantitative and qualitative data collection, processing and analysis.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of research report and policy paper.
  • Prepare and present research findings to policymakers and other stakeholders during policy dialog and other dissemination event at the province and district level.

Summary of responsibilities

  1. Project Implementation
  • Plan and all project activities at the provincial and district level involving stakeholders, beneficiaries, partners and internal project team.
  • Organize Provincial Youth Support Committee (PYSC) meeting.
  • Organize P & V youth discussion / FGD at the district & provincial level, and play role as a facilitator.
  • Engage TVET administrators, P & V groups, companies and government technical units to increase their awareness, understanding and participation in PYSC.
  • Support project research team and Mitra KUNCI research partners in engaging stakeholders/beneficiaries as it relates to data collection for stakeholder mapping, policy mapping, and other field research activities.
  • Support Provincial Coordinator in providing technical assistance to TVET administrators for analyzing and improving the quality of TVET program.
  • Facilitate coordination between PYSC members to encourage joint-program or partnership in the context of improving access of P & Y Youth to training and employment.
  • Organize and monitor the implementation of joint-program involving PYSC members and targeted P&V Youth , i.e. TVET curriculum improvement, training opportunity announcement, teaching and learning improvement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for better project delivery and implementation to Provincial Coordinator.
  • Facilitate Communication Officer to access to information and stakeholders for the purpose of communication and campaign activities.

  1. Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Ensure the development and submission of a timely and good quality activity report to Provincial Coordinator.
  • Under direction of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, conduct both quantitative and qualitative data collection that it will serve the basis for monitoring report.
  • Ensure each project activity contribute to the project pre-determined indicators.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and well-organized backup filling system (both hard and digital filing systems) to support monitoring and evaluation activities.

  • Implement Regulatory Impact Analysis/Assessment (RIA) at the provincial/district/city level.

He will ensure proper policies and procedures in regards to project transportation and office activities are implemented and followed.

Duties and responsibilities

Summary of responsibilities

Driver:

  • Assigned as staff driver to perform a duty and as per needs basis duty with Finance & Operation Officer and other operational staff members.
  • Driving staff to and from the meetings and bank related jobs, mail delivery pickup/drop to the airport, etc.
  • Driving locally within vicinity of Semarang and outside of town in field areas across Indonesia as needed.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checks fuel, oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, front/rear lights, etc., performs minor repairs and arranges for other repairs and ensures that the vehicle is kept clean and mission ready
  • Maintaining Log book on daily basis.
  • Maintaining proper records of the vehicle service and change of engine oil and filter etc. well in time under the organization policy.
  • Work at all hours as and when needed.
  • Any other duties and tasks assigned by Finance & Operation Officer.

Office Boy:

  • Clean the office floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
  • Ensuring the office area is clean, maintain and set up and ready to use any time.

  • Gather and empty trash in the office.
  • Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years work experience in a similar job.

The position will report to Provincial Coordinator with close coordination with Communication and Campaign Specialist and his/her main task is to implement the overall communication and campaign activities at the provincial and district level according to communication and campaign strategy developed by the headquarters staff.

Communication Officer will report to Provincial Coordinator.

Duties and responsibilities

Summary of responsibilities

  • Organize communication and campaign activities at the provincial and district level including press conference, media gathering, media interview, media visit, TV/radio talk show, etc, referring to the communication and campaign strategy created by communication and campaign specialist.
  • Develop communication message and news products (news article, press release, news flash, opinion-editorial, photo, and video) containing strong news value for public and media consumption.
  • Support Communication and Campaign Specialist to develop and distribute other communication material such as leaflet, brochure, banner, poster, to be distributed to PYSC members and other stakeholders at the local level.
  • Maintain relations with local media in Central Java and targeted districts to raise their awareness and interest to cover the project message.
  • Maintain relationship with public relations from local government and private sectors at the provincial, district or city level to support the project objectives and delivery.
  • Liaise with local interviewees/spoke persons from government and non-government sectors.
  • Conduct media monitoring at the targeted provincial and districts to be reported to communication and campaign specialist.
  • In coordination with Technical Officer, conduct campaign activities targeting P & V Youth at targeted districts/cities, which this include radio talk show, human interest stories, etc.
  • Develop weekly article to be posted on organization’s website and social media official account based on information and data generated from project activities, documents, interview and field observation.
  • Develop communication and media report regularly to Provincial Coordinator copied to Communication and Campaign Specialist.

The goal of SINERGI project is to develop a better match between the job skills of poor and vulnerable youth and local labor market demand, through enhanced multi-stakeholder coordination and smarter policies. SINERGI will be implemented under two phase, the pilot period for 15 months in Central Java and the implementation period for the next 3.5 years (subject for USAID approval). The goal of the project is achieved through successful implementation of the following three Intermediate Results (IR):

  1. Improved national level inclusive workforce policy environment through knowledge sharing among government and private sector actors;
  2. Improved provincial level inclusive workforce coordination among government, training providers, youth and private sector;
  3. Improved vocational training that equips poor and vulnerable youth with relevant work skills.

Transformasi is seeking a Project Leader will responsible to take full responsibility to overall project implementation and ensure the outcome achievement of project results 2 in accordance with SINERGI and KUNCI goal. He/She will collaborate with SINERGI Consortium team to ensure the overall achievement of the Project. He / She will play leading role in project planning, budgeting, organizing, networking, staffing and reporting.

He/she will consult to the Executive Director particularly for any strategic decision that has potential effects to the project result and outcome

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Plan the delivery of the project and its implementation activities schedule in accordance with the project targets and outcomes.
  • Oversee the overall project management including preparing project standard operational procedure, budgeting, staffing, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
  • Ensure that program activities operated within the policies and procedures of organization and comply with the donor requirement and contribute to SINERGI overall objective and in accordance with the goals of
  • Take full responsibility to the achievement of project outcome and for all decisions made within project implementation.
  • Coordinates with other department in Transormasi to ensure the effective and efficient program deliverable.
  • In collaboration with Executive Director, select and recruit senior projectteam such as Provincial Coordinator, Research Coordinator as well as consultants.
  • Supervise project team, partners and consultants to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.
  • Implement the human resource policies, procedures and practices of the organization.
  • Supervise program staff by providing direction, input, feedback and guidance.
  • Maintain communication with donors and other stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the progra
  • Carryout constant evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external risk are mitigated.
  • Overse report preparation to ensure the quality, schedule and submission in compliance to the Mitra KUNCI requirements.
  • Provide clear and unbiased direction in relations to roles,authority and duties to ensure good teamwork.
  • Ensure mand evaluation activity is in line with SINERGI M&E framework.
  • Review and approve the project report ensuring it meets donor requirement.
  • Submit project report in regular basis to Executive Director and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate.
  • Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Propose quarterly work plan and budget to Executive Director.
  • In coordination with Finance and Admin Director, oversee budget spending against the achievement of project output to make sure effectiveness of project implementation.

Coordination and Networking

  • Coordinates with other Directors to ensure the effective and efficient program implementation and budget allocation.
  • Lead the collaboration with SINERGI Consortium member to prepare project monitoring and evaluation plan.
  • Ensure collaboration and support from Jakarta team (Finance & admin, policy staff, M&E, communication and research) to Provincial Coordinator and the team to ensure the successful implementation and reporting of the project.
  • Develop relationship and maintain communication with SINERGI prime organization and team members, Mitra KUNCI, high level government officials at the national and subnational level, and academics, senior management of TVET Providers, companies, business association, that is potential to contribute to the
  • Provide leadership by working with partners and key stakeholders and line managers to ensure that they are in agreement on project strategies.
  • Maintain relation with Mitra Kunci Impmenting Partners who operate withing the same province and have relevant contribution to the SINERGI project achievement.

Authority

  • Approve project budget based on quarterly work plan approved by Executive Director.
  • One of panel selection for bidding process in the context of project procurement.
  • In collaboration with Executive Director and Finance & Admin Director, recruit Provincial Coordinator, Research Coordinator, consultantsand deploy existing staff to be part of SINERGI project team such as Policy Advisor, M&E Officer, Communication and Campaign Specialist.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of project teams including Provincial Coordinator, Research Coordinator, Policy Advisor, M&E Officer and Communication and Campaign Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree from Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Economic Science, and other related fields.
  • 10-15 years in project management and program leader roles in development and policies with experience in research, facilitation process, advocacy and communication work.
  • Experiences working with government organizations, particularly government officials at the provincial and district level, companies, business association and team members from various background.
  • Have previous experience working with Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, Ministry of Industry or Ministry of Education and Culture is an advantage.
  • Familiar with TVET and labor issue is an advantage.
  • Have experience managing USAID project and familiar with its regulation are preferable.
  • Experience working with INGO or in international circumstance is beneficial.
  • Previous experience working with officials in Central Java Province is an advantage
  • Has deep understanding on program management cycle, including planning and budgeting.
  • Competent in personal organization and priority setting, with the ability to work effectively under time pressure, long hours, tight deadline and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-initiative and capable to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong project management skill with ability to budgeting, prioritizing, meeting deadline and achieve results through team work and multi stakeholder collaboration approach.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English.
  • Have strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Willing to travel to the project sites frequently.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Computer literate on MS Office, with professional email writing experience.

POLICY ANALYST for The Center for Public Policy Transformation (Transformasi) - Jakarta

The Center for Public Policy Transformation (www.transformasi.org) is a non-profit think tank organization aiming at promoting evidence-based policy in Indonesia. Transformasi has been collaborating with policymakers, domestic and international scholars to analyse pressing policy issue in Indonesia. To support the running projects, Transformasi is hiring a Policy Analyst.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Policy Analyst will lead policy research initiatives on a variety of public policy issues including economic policy, labor policy, climate change policy and other identified policies. The research activities include determining policy issues together with Executive Director, coordinating data collection, synthesizing the data and knowledge into policy briefs, policy report, case studies, and commentaries for the website of the Center. Job holder will be based in Jakarta with possible travel to other cities.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Support the Executive Director in monitoring, analyzing, and determining the most pressing policy issues based on the existing program, assessment and consultation with donors, partners, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Collect data and information from government documents, international organization reports, FGD, surveys and interviews with relevant respondents
  • Support Executive Director to conduct policy dialogue involving policymakers, representatives of the non-profit and international organization, donor agencies, practitioners and experts
  • Synthesize the information collected into a well-written policy paper, policy brief, case study, and commentaries for website and external media

Qualifications

  • Master degree preferably in economics. Other subjects are also welcome such as public policy, development studies, international development
  • Three years of experience in organizing research on economic development
  • Sound knowledge on Indonesian economy and trending issues on economic, social and environmental policy
  • High analytical and writing skill both in Indonesian and English languages (proven by good result of writing test)

1. LATAR BELAKANG

SINERGI selama 15 bulan fase piloting (2017-2018) akan melakukan beberapa kegiatan penting untuk mendukung penguatan koordinasi kebijakan pembangunan ketenagakerjaan inklusif di provinsi Jawa Tengah, yakni: (1) pemetaan aktor & pemangku kepentingan (workforce champions mapping); (2) penelitian ketenagakerjaan inklusif (workforce research); (3) dialog nasional ketenagakerjaan inklusif (workforce dialogues); (4) pembentukan Kelompok Aksi (POKSI); (5) pelaksanaan Dana Sinergi (Opportunity Fund); (6) Major Events, meliputi: (a) Pemuda-Perusahaan-Pemerintah Daerah (3P Meeting); (b) Human Resource Workshop; (c) Youth festival; dan (d) Awareness raising campaign.
 
Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan pemangku kepentingan (workforce champions mapping) yang telah dilakukan oleh Tim SINERGI  menemukan bahwa simpul-simpul permasalahan koordinasi pembangunan ketenagakerjaan inklusif di Jawa Tengah yaitu: (1) asesmen kebutuhan berbasis inklusi sosial, dimana simpul ini terkait dengan persoalan tidak tersedianya dokumen grand desain & road map pengembangan kapasitas pemuda miskin dan rentan; (2) akses informasi peluang kerja, dimana simpul ini terkait dengan belum adanya strategi pemberian akses informasi ketenagakerjaan yang inovatif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan generasi milineal; (3) link and match sistem pelatihan kerja, di mana simpul ini terkait dengan desain sistem pelatihan kerja yang belum berpusat pada kebutuhan, aspirasi, potensi dan minat kelompok pemuda miskin dan rentan; (4) pola pendampingan, pemagangan dan penempatan kerja, dimana simpul ini terkait dengan sistem pendampingan peserta pelatihan yang belum optimal sehingga belum mampu membentuk karakter mental dan kemandirian para pemuda miskin dan rentan; (5) kurikulum dan modul pelatihan berbasis inklusi sosial, simpul ini berkaitan dengan masalah subtansi kurikulum yang belum menggunakan pendekatan PYD (positive youth development) dan YEE (youth economic empowerment); (6) Co-design innovative solution, simpul ini berkaitan dengan persoalan keberadaan rencana aksi bersama antara pemuda-perusahaan-pemerintah daerah (3P), serta mainstreaming ketenagakerjaan inklusif ke dalam dokumen perencanaan pembangunan daerah; (7) komunikasi kebijakan ketenagakerjaan inklusif, dimana simpul ini berkaitan dengan lemahnya kapasitas pemaangku kepentingan dalam melakukan advokasi, sosialisasi, dan dialog kebijakan ketenagakerjaan inklusif di daerah.

Terkait dengan isu akses informasi peluang kerja khususnya pemberian akses informasi ketenagakerjaan yang inovatif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan generasi milineal, SINERGI merancang acara festival kaula muda. Festival ini merupakan gabungan beberapa kegiatan, yaitu bursa kerja (job fair), kegiatan edukasi dan konsultasi karir, dan hiburan. Kegiatan ini dikemas untuk memberikan armosfer yang menyenangkan dan menginspirasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Positive Youth Development (PYD) dan Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE). Selain itu, untuk kepanitiaan kegiatan akan melibatkan peran aktif dari kaum muda yang telah menjadi mitra kegiatan SINERGI. Kaum muda ini akan memimpin, mengelola dan bertanggujawab terhadap proses kegiatan festival dengan bimbingan dan arahan dari SINERGI.

2. TUJUAN (OBJECTIVES)

  1. Mempertemukan secara langsung para pencari kerja dan perusahaan sebagai penyedia lapangan kerja termasuk pemerintah untuk berdiskusi dan bertukar informasi tentang isu ketenagakerjaan;
  2. Memberikan informasi tentang kesiapan kerja terkait soft skills dan hard skills untuk kaum muda;
  3. Memberikan informasi lowongan kerja kepada kaum muda yang mencari pekerjaan.


3. PESERTA KEGIATAN

  1. 200 kaum muda kurang mampu dan rentan usia 18 – 34 tahun dari Kota Semarang, Kabupaten Semarang, Kabupaten Demak, dan Kabupaten Boyolali;
  2. 400 kaum muda yang terlibat dalam kegiatan Dana SINERGI;
  3. Minimal 500 kaum muda – angkatan kerja potensial (pencari kerja).


4. PARTISIPAN KEGIATAN

  1. 16 perusahaan mitra SINERGI;
  2. Minimal 25 perusahaan (umum);
  3. Minimal 10  sekolah kejuruan dan perguruan tinggi;
  4. Minimal 10 balai latihan kerja/ lembaga latihan kerja;
  5. Minimal 5 organisasi kemasyarakatan.


5. OUTPUT KEGIATAN

  1. Hari I Minimal ada 600 kaum muda kurang mampu dan rentan usia 18 – 34 tahun dari Kota Semarang, Kabupaten Semarang, Kabupaten Demak, dan Kabupaten Boyolali mengikuti kegiatan;
  2. Hari II Minimal 500 kaum muda para pencari kerja mengikuti kegiatan;
  3. Minimal ada 25 perusahaan umum (diluar mitra SINERGI) yang ikut dan membuka lowongan kerja.

     Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari, yaitu pada tanggal 9 -10 November 2018 (Tentative).

7. KONSEP KEGIATAN

Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan festival kaula muda yang menggabungkan beberapa kegiatan, yaitu; bursa kerja (job fair) sebagai kegiatan intinya, workshop dan dialog interaktif tentang informasi kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja, pameran, food bazar, permainan dan hiburan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Positive Youth Development (PYD) dan Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE) approaches. Kaum muda mitra SINERGI ditunjuk sebagai bagian dari panitia kegiatan selain panitia dari event organizer (EO) yang akan mengelola dan mengorganisir kegiatan melalui pengawasan dan supervisi dari tim SINERGI dan POKSI.

1. LATAR BELAKANG

Transformasi sedang menjalankan program SINERGI di Semarang. Saat ini SINERGI membutuhkan penyedia jasa komunikasi berupa jasa pembuatan video dokumenter. Video diperlukan sebagai bentuk dokumentasi kegiatan informasi profil kegiatan. Video-video yang dibuat akan menggunakan pendekatan Positive Youth Development (PYD) dan Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE) dimana beberapa perwakilan youth champion SINERGI akan menjadi narator dari konten/ materi video. Proses pembuatan dan produksi video akan dilakukan oleh penyedia jasa pembuatan video (production house) dengan konsep dan storyline yang dibuat oleh tim SINERGI.

2. TUJUAN (OBJECTIVES)

  1. Membuat produk komunikasi kegiatan proyek berupa video;
  2. Mendokumentasikan kegiatan Dana SINERGI (pelatihan dan pemagangan) dalam bentuk video;

6. KONSEP VIDEO

1. Video Youth Festival

Video ini akan berdurasi kurang lebih 10 menit. Konsep video untuk Youth Festival berbentuk dokumentasi pelaksanaan kegiatan selama dua hari (14 – 15 November 2018). Bagian yang perlu didokumentasikan antara lain; peserta kegiatan, venue kegiatan, rangkaian acara pembukaan, proses kegiatan job fair, coaching clinic, talk show, permainan, pertunjukan musik, food bazar, testimoni dari panitia, perwakilan pemerintah, peserta kegiatan dll. Video akan dilengkapi dengan sub tittle bahasa inggris.

2. Video Implementasi Dana SINERGI

Video ini akan berdurasi kurang lebih 6-7 menit Video ini akan menampilan rangkaian kegiatan Dana SINERGI yang terdiri dari pelatihan dan pemagangan kerja. Selain itu juga menampilan wawancara dengan perwakilan pihak pemerintah, perusahaan, dan tentunya kaum muda. Hal utama yang akan ditonjolkan untuk materi video adalah Dana SINERGI fokus pada isu ketenagakerjaan inklusif. Pengambilan materi video (footage) akan dilaksanakan di 4 wilayah dampingan SINERGI. Video akan dilengkapi dengan sub tittle bahasa inggris.

3. Video Profil POKSI Ketenagakerjaan Inklusif

Video ini akan berdurasi kurang lebih 6-7 menit yang menampilan profil POKSI ketenagakerjaan inklusi Jawa Tengah. Konsep videonya akan menampilkan 2 orang youth champion yang akan menjadi narator (seperti repoter) rangkaian cerita/ materi videonya. Video ini juga berisi wawancara dengan ketua dan beberapa perwakilan anggota POKSI. Video akan dilengkapi dengan sub tittle bahasa inggris.

8. TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB PRODUCTION HOUSE (PH)

 

  1. Bersama dengan tim SINERGI membuat konsep dan storyline video termasuk narasinya.
  2. Menyediakan perlengkapan, logistik, akomodasi dan transportasi sendiri untuk keperluan pengambilan gambar/ footage;
  3. Menyediakan tim produksi dan editing;
  4. Malukan proses pengambilan gambar/ footage sesuai dengan konsep dan storyline yang telah dibuat dan disepakati.
  5. 5Melakukan koordinasi dengan Tim SINERGI terkait waktu pengambilan gambar/ footage, pihak/ narasumber, lokasi dll.
  6. Melakukan proses editing termasuk penambahan sub title Bahasa Inggris pada video. Untuk masing-masing video proses editing dilakukan untuk 2x hasil revisi oleh tim SINERGI,
  7. Memberikan produk (file) hasil akhir produksi video sebanyak 3 video, beserta keselurahan raw material video.
  8. Membuat laporan pertanggungjawaban kegiatan untuk SINERGI.

 

9. KUALIFIKASI DAN PERSYARATAN

 

  1. Profesional individu atau perusahaan yang mempunyai kemampuan dan kapabilitas dalam hal pembuatan video.
  2. Warga Negara Indonesia, dikhusukan berdomisili di Jawa Tengah.
  3. Mempunyai pengalaman melakukan proses pembuatan video atau konten acara tv minimal 3 tahun, khususnya di wilayah Jawa Tengah (dibuktikan dengan dan portofolio);
  4. Memiliki legalitas, Jika individu (KTP/NPWP) jika badan perusahaan (Akta, SIUP, TDP)
  5. Mempunyai perlengkapan dan peralatan produksi dan editing video yang memadai.
  6. Mempunyai tim yang cukup untuk masing-masing pembagian tugas.
