Profile of inclusive employment action groups in Central Java : Inclusive employment is a commitment to provide comprehensive vocational training, both general and specialized skills, to disadvantaged and vulnerable young people, through training methods and approaches based on social inclusion, including for disabled people.

Action groups (poksi) are formed on the basis of various elements: (a) they aim to produce a common action plan; (b) they work to change attitudes in order to improve access to employment information, vocational training and equitable employment opportunities for poor and vulnerable young people, including people with disabilities.
